  1. I know that illion Tenancy may collect and use any information that I provide to illion Tenancy in accordance with illion's Privacy Policy, including information about other people such as other tenant applicants and guarantors.

  2. I state that I am a New Zealand citizen, or am permanently resident in New Zealand, or am physically in New Zealand.

  3. I know I must have my own illion Tenancy user account and not use or access another person’s illion Tenancy user account.

  4. I know I must inform the individual of the purposes for which I am collecting the individual's personal information and the purposes for which the information will be used and disclosed to illion Tenancy Limited (illion Tenancy).

  5. I know I must not disclose information to illion Tenancy without taking such steps as are, in the circumstances, reasonable to ensure that the information is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant, and not misleading.

  6. I know I must co-operate with all reasonable compliance checks conducted by illion Tenancy and, for that purpose, must supply, upon request, evidence to confirm compliance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  7. I know I must promptly cooperate with illion Tenancy in its efforts to investigate and resolve complaints and requests for correction of credit information and must, for those purposes, supply, upon request, evidence to confirm compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its amendments and/or evidence to substantiate any credit default information or serious credit infringement information disclosed to illion Tenancy by me.

  8. I know I must take appropriate measures to safeguard the information held by illion Tenancy against improper access.

  9. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless illion Tenancy and its directors and officers, from any claim, suit, loss, damage, or expense incurred by illion Tenancy and its directors and officers as a result of any personal information provided by me, use of tenant information by me, or from my usage of the illion Tenancy website.
