You acknowledge that Experian may collect and use any personal information you provide in accordance with the Experian Tenancy Privacy Policy.

Before you provide any Personal Information about another party to us, you must ensure that you obtain their consent to allow Experian Tenancy to collect and use their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This includes information about other parties such as your prospective tenants, applicants, guarantors and or referees.

You are also required to inform them that their information will be managed in accordance with Experian Tenancy's Privacy Policy, this includes their right to:

• access the personal information held in a Tenancy Report (where a report exists); or
  
• correct the personal information held in a Tenancy Report; or
  
• lodge a complaint relating about the handling of their personal information.
