Tenancy Check

Provides up to 7 years of tenancy history record on our Tenancy database including Tenant Ratings, drug use warnings, 14 day notices, Tenancy Tribunal orders, previous checks, and address history from property managers and landlords. Also includes any tenancy debt collection history.
Extra checks you can add with your Tenant Check for a small additional fee
Credit Check

Provides a general credit history including payment defaults, serious credit infringements, credit application and previous enquiry history. Each credit check report comes with driver’s licence verification to ensure your applicant has supplied you with their correct personal information.
MOJ Fines Check

Enables you to check whether your applicant has any overdue fines issued by local councils, the Police, and other authorities.
PPSR Check
(add-on)
Searches details of security interests in personal property from the Personal Property and Securities Register (e.g., hire purchase on vehicles or chattels).
Property Ownership Records Check

Searches property ownership records from CoreLogic for a history of property owned.
Full Drivers Licence Check

Credit checks include free driver licence verification. If unmatched, a Full NZTA check can provide further confirmation of the applicant’s identity.
Passport Verification
