  1. I state that I have read through and agree to the full subscriber agreement

  2. I know my Tenancy Application form must include the appropriate consents and privacy disclosures.

  3. I state that I am a New Zealand citizen, or am permanently resident in New Zealand, or am physically in New Zealand.
  4. I know I must have my own illion Tenancy user account and not use a generic "company/partnership/trust" user account.

  5. I know I must inform the individual of the purposes for which I am collecting the individual's personal information and the purposes for which the information will be used and disclosed to illion Tenancy Limited (illion Tenancy) via the website at www.illiontenancy.co.nz.

  6. I know I must not disclose information to illion Tenancy without taking such steps as are, in the circumstances, reasonable to ensure that the information is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant, and not misleading.

  7. I know I must, as soon as reasonably practicable, update any credit default information, rating, 14 day notice, or serious credit infringement information previously disclosed to illion Tenancy and ensure that the information remains accurate, up to date, complete, relevant, and not misleading.

  8. I understand I will be asked to nominate the relevant purpose or purposes for which access (i.e. search or lodgement) may be sought, and confirm the relevant purpose at the time of each access.

  9. I know I must co-operate with all reasonable compliance checks conducted by illion Tenancy and, for that purpose, must supply, upon request, evidence to confirm compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its amendments and/or evidence to substantiate any credit default information, rating or 14 day notice or other serious credit infringement information disclosed to illion Tenancy by me.

  10. I know I must promptly cooperate with illion Tenancy in its efforts to investigate and resolve complaints and requests for correction of credit information and must, for those purposes, supply, upon request, evidence to confirm compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its amendments and/or evidence to substantiate any credit default information or serious credit infringement information disclosed to illion Tenancy by me.

  11. I know I must take appropriate measures to safeguard the information held by illion Tenancy against improper access.

  12. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless illion Tenancy and its directors and officers, from any claim, suit, loss, damage or expense incurred by illion Tenancy and its directors and officers as a result of any tenant information provided by me, use of tenant information by me, or from my usage of the illion Tenancy website.

  13. I know if I am found breaching the Subscriber Agreement I may have my subscription suspended without notice.

  14. I agree to pay for the costs in using the illion Tenancy system on or before the 20th of the month following invoice.

  15. I acknowledge that any costs incurred in collecting any unpaid invoices issued to me by illion Tenancy will be reimbursed by me. These may include any reasonable collection agency charges and commissions, solicitor costs incurred and any cost that maybe incurred in recovering money from me.
