  • This information is required for the purposes of assessing your eligibility as a tenant. The more information you can offer the more likely you are to successfully obtain a tenancy.
  • This application will be stored on a TINZ database, and with your consent will be accessible to property managers and landlords who are TINZ members. Note that TINZ requires Property managers to digitally signify that they have your authorisation before they are able to search your Tenancy Application.
  • A separate Tenancy Application form is required by each person responsible for the tenancy. eg. A spouse or partner will require their own application form.

We may collect Personal Information from, and disclose Personal Information to, Authorised Agencies for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and we may authorise Authorised Agencies to hold, use and disclose Personal Information for the purpose of providing their (or other Authorised Agencies’) services to us and to other clients. You agree that, subject to applicable laws, Authorised Agencies may use and disclose Personal Information to provide marketing services to their clients and Authorised Agencies and their clients may communicate with you (including by electronic means) about services and offers that they think may be of interest to you.
