Our Tenant Check searches our tenancy database and credit bureau, it also includes a Ministry of Justice fines check and a PPSR check. Our Tenant Check report comes with our unique Tenancy Risk Score. This allows for better risk assessment accuracy on prospective tenants compared to a standard credit score because it uses a combination of both credit bureau information and tenancy database information. This offers property managers a simple and reliable indicative score that summarises the risk a prospective tenant poses. Included is a Tenant Percentile Rank as a comparison guide with other tenants. Our free Public Check is a quick background check that performs instant simultaneous searches for information on your applicant through over a dozen online sources, including several international sources.
